HOT 26

This class, also known as “Bikram Yoga,” is slow-moving with detailed instructions for each pose so it is accessible for newcomers as well as seasoned students. Each class focuses on 26 classic yoga postures which are energizing, purifying and highly therapeutic. Practice of the Hot 26 sequence improves physical conditioning while minimizing injury. Hot 26, while intense due to the heat and exactness of the postures, is suitable for all levels.


ZURA FLOW

If you want detailed alignment, but crave a flow, you’ll love our signature class. Expect Sun Salutations and vinyasa plus carefully-selected standing and seated postures in a heated room. Invigorating, strengthening, calming and grounding, you’ll benefit from repeating this routine that’s set to music. ZURA Flow is great for jumpstarting and refining your practice and is suitable for all levels.


Invigorating and detoxifying, hot power vinyasa links dynamic movement with breath to develop your strength, balance and flexibility. Expect poses that are linked together such as Sun Salutations and other flowing sequences. Set to uplifting music, treat yourself to this moving meditation to de-stress, clear your mind and discover greater self-awareness. This is an open level class in a room heated to 95-100 degrees. It is suitable for all levels with many modifications and variations of the poses.

HOT POWER VINYASA


Unique, creative, challenging and fun, this class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning and low-impact cardio in a room heated to 98 degrees. You will do targeted exercises for different parts of the entire body for short bursts of time–then repeat them. Classes are expertly created and set to upbeat music. Each move includes variations and options to dial up the exertion or turn it down. It is great for all levels and anyone who is looking to strengthen and lengthen from head to toe.

Rhythm Fire

Rhythm Fire is a rhythmic, flowing yoga class set to music in a room heated to 100 degrees. The class moves systematically through the body–warming, stretching and strengthening the muscles. The fun and fluid series incorporates smooth transitions and balancing poses. Using a set sequence, students will become increasingly familiar with the flow over time. Experience a deep connection between music and movement that results in a meditative yogic dance. All levels are invited to enjoy this ZURA signature class.


Slow down with a gentle yet deep vinyasa flow class designed to help you reach a grounded mental and physical state-all while you move sweetly and sweat. Find more awareness, strength and flexibility as you link breath with movement mindfully. Heated to 95-100 degrees and set to chill music, this class is perfect for all levels.

HOT SLOW FLOW


Since students are usually seated or lying on the floor during class, Yin yoga is often called the “quiet practice.” You will hold each pose for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing for a deep unwinding of tensions in the body’s connective tissues–specifically in the ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. You will open connective tissue to flush out the meridian system and help Prana or Chi flow through the body. Our well-prepared yin sequences may offer the same benefits as an acupuncture or massage session. Practiced in a lightly-heated room, this class is recommended for everyone.

WARM Yin


Inside Flow is an experience that moves from one posture to another, focusing on the transitions as much as the poses. The purpose is to let your body feel the music. Breath, movement, and music unite as one in this fluid yoga session.  The choreographed sequences are set to contemporary music, from hip hop to pop, setting the mood and tone for each class. Inside Flow is an evolution of vinyasa yoga! *This class is not heated*

This unique experience offers modifications and variations, so it is accessible for all levels.

The ELDOA Method is a revolutionary stretching and strengthening technique for your spine, hips, shoulders and joints. This class helps create space between each vertebrae and stretches the fascia that surrounds all your muscles, organs and nerves. This class will leave your body aligned, revitalized and full of energy. All levels are invited.

Take a well-choreographed vinyasa flow, and add weights. You’ll get this fun, sweaty class that will work your body in a healthy, safe and challenging way in a lightly-heated room. This ZURA experience will improve your practice by making you stronger and increasing your endurance. You’ll do a few sections of flow and strength training. Expect to feel powerful, mindful and relaxed in this ZURA signature class. Best of all, it’s really fun–for all levels.
